I was drawn to stay at the hotel due to its affordable rate, but the reality was a far cry from the appealing pictures online. While the staff at check-in were friendly and the lobby was clean, my room had a strange smell and an uncomfortable bed. There were signs indicating renovations, yet the state of the room left me feeling quite uneasy throughout my stay.

During my stay, I appreciated the size of my suite and the helpful staff. However, I experienced some issues with getting only warm water for showers and found the towels to be a bit lacking in quality. Overall, my experience was positive thanks to the attentive service, but improvements could definitely be made in maintenance and in addressing the hot water issue.
